The Filipino Association received a rare FREE treat from an extraordinary performer, Marvin Gayramon of the Philippines. Marvin, who was with the Fidellis Cayuguan sponsored "On Wings of Song" tour two years ago was in KC last month and he gave 2 free concerts. His performances were superb. Also appearing with him was our very own Jose "Ping-Choir Director" Bayani.
As usual, the hospitality given him has made him promise to come back again. He also held a workshop for the Sampaguita Choir members and others who may be interested. About 15 people turned up and a planned one hour breakfast workshop turned into three hours of fun and lunch.
Marvin, a complete performer, also directs and choreographs in the Philippines. He is presently with Hong Kong Disney as a principal performer.
